My salesperson was Samantha, she called when the car I was interested in arrived early; it was ready and waiting when I got there. She suggested I look at a second car for comparison. This was my first Subaru from Buchanan and my fifth Subaru in all. Samantha, Mike, and Smiley made this a very low-pressure experience. They efficiently arranged financing, insurance, and DMV registration. I was introduced to the service manager and tech expert. Now I know who to call. The Forester was perfectly clean and shiny and had a full tank of gas on the day I picked it up. I look forward to going places in my new Forester and building a relationship with the staff at Buchanan. Thanks Sam!
