Steve sold me my original Subaru Outback almost 5 yrs ago so I knew I wanted to work with him again to trade in for this newer model. His careful instructions in helping me understand all the bells and whistles on this newer car cannot be spoken of highly enough. He is so personable, easy to talk to, I never felt rushed and he is a Teal Asset to Gateway Subaru

I wanted to look at a Forester because of the expansive windows. Visibility is very important to me. When I expressed that and other requirements, such as no window tint, Jim Stein could not have been more helpful. My experience was so comfortable , with only help being offered to me.... and NO pressure! The financial arrangements could not have gone more smoothly. I was offered a fair price for my trade-in and negotiations were handled with mutual respect. Jim was thorough in explaining the car's features and accommodating in every way. I could not have had a better buying experience.
