Shannon was great .
Shannon was great . I don't like their policy that they don't detail the car until I agreed to purchase it. I drove 4 hrs to get the car and they knew I was coming. I had to wait longer than I wanted to before I could get on the road back home.

They have never let me down.
They have never let me down. The customer experience is just stellar. It make me a loyal Subaru buyer. I also have a Prius but the service places are horrible. It is a shame since the Prius is a great car. I was consistently disappointed by the Owings Mills repair site. Well back to the stars - reliable and they support your maintenance of your car. I just love the video of the overview of work. You guys are wonderful
