Chris is an absolute legend!
Chris is an absolute legend! Super helpful, awesome to talk to while waiting on things to process, and super happy to help. Every interaction with him felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I would get many beers with this guy. He's honest, upfront, and cares about the customer experience. He's also very professional, I would be glad to work with him again. I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told
I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.
