I need to speak to Mr Giles. We tried and the young mislead us that we were getting the 2015 honda crv. Now we see it went on sale. Too much to say. I needed a vehicle, was having knee surgery the next day. Wasted all our time, now we borrowing vehicles for dr appointments, physical therapy, etc,,,,, its really sad people really don't care what you can afford and what cant's afford. You keep telling him to know prevail. The way I see it on a scratched up 2015 honda crv just sitting there versus a cash amount money in the bank making interest. Which one you pick.

I had to have warranty work done on my car.

I had to have warranty work done on my car. Giles left my car filthy. Their mechanic did not use seat covers, and left grease.on my door. They had to change a part that included 4 wheel alignment but still tried to charge me. They told me my battery was bad, knowing that a notice had been put out by Subaru regarding their starling system had been killing g batteries. Yet Giles tried to charge me $496.00 for a new battery that should have been replaced free. I will never use Giles Subaru for anything.
