Express service is NOT express.
Express service is NOT express. On second visit, because couldn't get me in on first, resulted in a 6±hr wait after arriving at 8 am. Highly recommend establishing an appointment or going elsewhere for oil change or tire rotation. Express customers are pushed to back of line after people with appointments. That's fine/understandable but don't pretend to offer express service.

Some days are significantly busier than others, and unfortunately, that can lead to longer wait times for walk-in services. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we don’t take it lightly. It’s a challenge we face as a facility known for providing exceptional service in the area—a reputation we’re proud of but also one that brings high demand.
