Their Schererville store, which we visited later that day, was a much better experience in every way. In fact, that's where we got a newer version of the car we were considering, with less miles, for a better price.

The first salesman was horrible. He didn't care about fulfilling my needs. Just wanted to make his sale. The manager Gary is spineless and won't go to bat for his customers. I have talked to the district manager twice and he left a lasting impression. Quick response, and stood up for his employees. The service specialist and technicians are great. Jenny has been the best. She knows the customers as people, and has taken care of me for dozens of issues with this crap subaru crossover over the last 2 years.

Worst experience ever, I would not set foot back at that place if they called and said they were giving me the car for free.
