Zeigler Subaru of Fort Wayne

This dealership not only told me they didn’t want my 7 month old car after I bought it from them, they offered $27,000 less for it than I bought it for in trade. They refused to take a guaranteed trade value voucher I got from Subaru corporate and ran me in circles for a month about that voucher. Another dealer in Portage got it figured out in 2 days. Then when I take my 24 in for warranty work they tell me they want to charge $1200 in diagnostics and start telling me all kinds of things that won’t be covered even though I purchased the 120,000 mile subaru gold warranty. They call me about half an hour after i left it there to tell me they want to charge $300 and couldn’t find anything wrong that they would fix. The only thing they did was tighten the spare tire down. So I have a list of stuff wrong with the car and they aren’t doing anything while trying to steal my money. Also as a side note about Zieglers theft if you ask about a transmission drain and fill at fort wayne it’s $500 but same owners in Lafayette are charging $700. This is a crooked company. Buyers beware!

I'm 75 yrs old and dealt with numerous auto dealers over the years. Zeigler Subaru in Fort Wayne is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I'm new to the area and was so pleased I found a reputable dealer. I went to Zeigler without an appointment and they took care of my issue immediately.
