They made us wait five hours and couldn’t even get us a price for the car we wanted. Excellent credit and big down payment but they jerked us around so we would just pay what ever they wanted because we were tired of being there. We left and went to Larry Miller Subaru and it was so much better. I would never recommend Treasure Valley Subaru to anyone. They play games and give you the run around. I prefer honest upfront people when buying a car

After I purchased two cowl panel sides for my '18 Forrester for under $20, Jerad Pintz installed them, corrected the positioning of a wiper blade and put a TV Subaru frame behind my front license plate (all complimentary! with a good attitude. Thanks!!

I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism
I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of Treasure Valley Subaru. They went above and beyond for my 83 year old father, even though they knew he wouldn’t be purchasing a new vehicle from them. They were quick to help us by taking in his vehicle to sell, and they even offered to remove a special hand-control device he had installed — and give it back to us so we could possibly sell it. Their team was incredibly thoughtful, efficient, and respectful throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find a business that leads with such genuine care for people, not just sales. We are truly grateful and highly recommend them!
