I had a positive experience at the dealership working with my salesperson Preston, along with others.

It started out great, but when it was time to buy, it was
It started out great, but when it was time to buy, it was one thing after another in unexpected inconveniences and misportrayed information from the sales rep. There were several times when we asked questions (like a reflector getting fixed before driving away after purchase, windshield crack being fixed, title being mailed later and didn’t receive an answer multiple times, then were told it could be taken care of before we drove off, only to find out in the 11th hour that we’d have to come back 3 separate times to resolve each issue. The windshield guy ended up coming out to the house to fix, but we still made 3 trips back to the dealer to get things fixed and finalize the title. The sales rep didn’t seem to understand how off putting that was and didn’t really take ownership of the problem. Deflected, offered proof to of things we weren’t even concerned about, but never really tried to make it right. It felt like she made the sale and didn’t really care what happened after that bc she got her commission. Said that wasn’t her goal, but didn’t do anything to demonstrate otherwise.
