Very pleasant, somewhat cramped dealer; waited for the "minor" service that they recommended in their mailing, basically an oil change and tire rotation and "check". It was to take a little over an hour plus a car wash (not required as a downpour was scheduled for that afternoon!) An hour and 45 mins later the car still was not ready and I had to go and search for the reason, with a different service manager, as the first one was tied up with a customer. No worries, they are all very pleasant and capable and informed. However, now I was being told that the service was completed and all was good, but now they recommended about $1000 additional preventative services/replacements. They knew the mileage when I got there. In fact, the car had not been driven that far since the last service and all of a sudden additional items are "suggested"? Had they suggested at the front, we would have had a discussion. Now there was not time before a long trip. Additionally, and the real reason I am leaving these comments is that there is now an additional 3% surcharge to use a credit card. In 2025, that is "inflationary". Just include it in your costs. Don't pass nickel and dime items to the customer! It's a cost of doing business like rent and air conditioning in the waiting room. Shame on you for adding on a nuisance fee like this. Will have to see if we continue to use this dealer based on their business practices. We are loyal customers, purchased and serviced the car there since new.

Service is vastly overpriced.
Service is vastly overpriced. They charged me $105 to replace a cabin air filter that costs $10 and takes 5 minutes to install. They also recommended that I change my spark plugs at $30K miles at a cost of $2000. Avoid.

This is worst dealer I ever came across.
This is worst dealer I ever came across. Their service is worse and further their customer service chief is even worst. She has no empathy to problem customer is having, rather just focus on how to make them shutup. I have long story how my car was there with them for 4 weeks and nothing been done and no trouble shooting report though I paid for diagnostic. Plus insurance paid them and they do not want to do body work, I am trying to get refund for 4 months, I have not got it yet. Please avoid this dealer as much as possible. I loved Subaru, but with this experience I am trying to sell my outback. I can not believe how dealer survive with this worst service. If you are Subaru company reading this I would love to tell you the whole story.
