I bought a new 2021 Subaru Forester in November of 2020. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
1. Drove off the lot with my new car not knowing that my insurance wasn't transferred over.
2. I was spoken to in a rude and condescending way, maybe because I'm a single female young woman? It really does take a lot for me to feel this way.
3. It is now 5 months since my purchase and I still don't have it registered. And my temp tags have been expired for a month. The dealership won't send a new temp.
4. The dealership sent my paperwork to the DMV last week and it will take 6 more weeks to get my registration.
5. The manager now ignores all my calls and emails.
6. Request for a rental car is denied.
I just want to enjoy my new car, but now can't even drive it. And the dealership doesn't even care. I'm treated like this is my fault
The name has changed but the great service is stil

This was my first time having the oil changed in my Crosstrek since the dealership ship changed hands so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Nothing has changed, same great people and the same efficiently run service department! I was in and out in no time. There’s another Subaru dealership just a few miles from my house, but Subaru North Orlando is definitely worth the trip. They’re the best!

My Salesperson, Kendra, could not have been more Courteous or Professional!! She is a great asset to the Dealearship!! She answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. I would definitely shop this dealership again and buy from Kendra!!
