My initial experience was a 4-5 Star. I remain quite happy with my 2025 Kona purchaed "new" from them at the end of August. I turned in the required paperwork to the finance person in order to cancel my GAP insurance within a week of purchase (within 30 day window). I have yet to receive my $998 refund. I have spoken with two individuals - one in finance and my sales person - and have left two messages for the Finance Manager. Their after sale customer service is very poor.

I did not buy my Outback from this dealership but get
I did not buy my Outback from this dealership but get all my service here now. They do a good job, don’t try to sell what you don’t need and text a video of the inspection which is really helpful. Also give loaner car if need to keep your car. They charge 2% fee for credit cards which I don’t like but reliable for quality service.
