Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT).
Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT). At checkout, they tried to charge a service fee that was not mentioned at the beginning. They forgot to rotate the right side tires, and all tires were not calibrated. They are not friendly. Talking with other clients, we all feel they are not happy working there.
