MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR OVER 5 DAYS. ALL I GOT WAS EMPTY THREATS AND POOR CURTOMER SERVICE. THE SERVICE MANAGE DOES NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICAL SERVICE. HE IS LOST. THE MECHANIC I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS SAYING. ALL THEY WANT IS MONET ON COSTLY REPAIRS . PLEASE AVOID THESE LITTLE POOR EXCUSE OF A DEALERSHIP THE MANAGER REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME.
