Subaru of Jacksonville has exceeded my expectations z. From the ease of buying my new Subaru two years ago to the outstanding Service department that has always treated me professionally and exceeded my expectations on several occasions. From routine maintenance to the installation of a hitch receiver to an unexpected warranty issue, my service advisor Mike has given honest time frames for completing the work and makes sure the service is done properly. I can honestly say that this is the best service department that I have ever gone to.

I recently traded in my 2022 Subaru Crosstrek — a car I absolutely loved — for a 2025 WRX, and the difference is huge in the best way. I actually walked into the dealership and accidentally went to the used car department first, but the gentleman there was so kind. He personally walked me over and introduced me to Devin in new car sales, and that small gesture set the tone for the whole experience. Devin was amazing to work with — genuine, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. But honestly… the moment I got behind the wheel of the WRX, I knew I wanted it. I’ll admit, when it came time to sign the paperwork, I started sweating and second-guessing myself because my payments were going up. Devin stayed reassuring and never pushy, walking me through everything until I felt completely comfortable. And once it was all said and done, I was so happy I went through with it. Trading my Crosstrek for the WRX was a major upgrade, and I left the dealership absolutely in love with my new car. I’ll never own anything other than a Subaru, and this experience just reaffirmed that. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about getting you into the right car, go see Devin — you won’t regret it!
