Reviewed by swestergardDecember 25, 2025

I have been a longtime customer of this dealership, having bought my last several vehicles from the E. Cleveland Ave location. I had an emergency situation just before Christmas and had to purchase another vehicle. Jim Holmwood was the sales rep and took excellent care of the situation. He took his time with me Christmas Eve and I was able to drive my new Subaru off the lot that day. Thanks to him, I went home in a much happier mood than when I went in. Also, my thanks to Finance Manager Rovall Washington who was most kind and helpful. This is why I would not go anywhere else for a Subaru. Thanks so much, all of you.

I went in to have some air put in my tire- an hour later

Reviewed by kimswankNovember 05, 2025

I went in to have some air put in my tire- an hour later they insisted I had a slit in my tire and all 4 tires needed replacement. The tire has had a slow leak since the day I bought the car 3 years ago. I replaced the tires, had an alignment and then was told I needed new brakes. The care has 25,000 miles on it. Ever since they bought out Matt Slap when I go in they try to rip me off. I am looking to purchase a 26 but not from them and that is a shame because I bought my last 3 from them. My rims are totally scraped up and I need to buy new ones due to the bad workmanship. Do not go here they will rip you off!!!
