Poor Negotiating Skills on Reynolds Subaru.
Poor Negotiating Skills on Reynolds Subaru. They just dictate to you their price and then its either take or leave it. In addition their $600 conveyance fees are overinflated for out of state buyers. I was not financing or having them register car so this fee was just an extra profit.

My friend recommended the Reynolds Subaru Dealership in Lyme and his Sales person, Sandy. She did a great job for me and told me Jason would be in touch to help me with connecting my garage door opener with the new car. A couple of days later, Jason showed up. A college student and part-time Reynolds employee, he went right to work educating me on all the ins and outs of the controls and hooked up BOTH my garage door openers. Polite, patient and technically knowledgeable, he was great…and…thank you Reynolds, no charge! We’re off to a great start with Reynolds Subaru.

Bought a used 2018 Outback that was sold and maintained
Bought a used 2018 Outback that was sold and maintained at Reynolds. I took the car for a test drive prior to purchasing. TPS sensor came on. I was told they would correct the issue prior to picking up the car. Picked up the car on Saturday and half way home the TPS sensor came on. Returned the following Saturday to have it repaired. The customer rep indicated one sensor was bad and recommended replacing all four at a cost of $600 plus. She was unaware that it was service at no charge. When she realized her mistake the story changed to replace just one and keep a eye on the other 3. Kept me there for 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment. Front left tire was noticeably lower than the rest. Driving home from work the tire indicator went orange. Turns out air was seeping from the valve stem. The following day I received a customer survey on my phone. Filled it out and still waiting for a reply. I will not be going back next year when my wife will be trading in her Forester for a new one. I want her retirement car purchase to be a positive experience.
