I purchased my Crosstrek in June from Chris. Hey Chris! Love my car! Today, I finally had Jason come and help me with the apps and computer screen in the car. I wanted to have questions, so i waited. Jason is the perfect candidate for this position! He was very patient and I felt comfortable asking him questions! And whoever thought of this position, thank you. Such a big help!!!

Poor Negotiating Skills on Reynolds Subaru.
Poor Negotiating Skills on Reynolds Subaru. They just dictate to you their price and then its either take or leave it. In addition their $600 conveyance fees are overinflated for out of state buyers. I was not financing or having them register car so this fee was just an extra profit.

My friend recommended the Reynolds Subaru Dealership in Lyme and his Sales person, Sandy. She did a great job for me and told me Jason would be in touch to help me with connecting my garage door opener with the new car. A couple of days later, Jason showed up. A college student and part-time Reynolds employee, he went right to work educating me on all the ins and outs of the controls and hooked up BOTH my garage door openers. Polite, patient and technically knowledgeable, he was great…and…thank you Reynolds, no charge! We’re off to a great start with Reynolds Subaru.
