1 star is for the long inconvenient wait time for an
1 star is for the long inconvenient wait time for an "Express" oil change. I phoned ahead and was advised to come during the mechanics lunch hour. I arrived at 12:50 pm and I was told there was one car ahead of me and my car would be ready in about 45 minutes. I was offered a tire rotation and I agreed to that. No issues came up during the inspection and no additional service was needed for my Subaru. I was finally told that my car was ready at 2:40 pm. Almost 2 hours and no explanation for the long wait. I am very disappointed with the long wait in the Service Department on November 25, 2025. Next time I will get my oil change somewhere else.

I came in for a no appointment oil change and was overdue
I came in for a no appointment oil change and was overdue on a 30,000 mile maintenance. I was offered a car to use while the maintenance was done and since Kyle took the time to get to know my needs I was offered the luxury of keeping the car overnight. I felt taken care of and love Holmgren Subaru, I tell my friends about them and will never go anywhere else for service. Everyone there is friendly and it's a pleasure to be there.
