Alec was professional, helpful, and not pushy at all in my car purchase process! He was patient with me taking my time to decide what was right for me and answered all of my questions (if he didn't know the answer right away he found out and got back to me quickly). I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and I truly feel like I will continue to be taken care of after the sale. I've already called with more questions about tires, accessories, and getting to know my warranties better, and have always gotten responses. Robert and Irene are both incredible with their service ability, care and professionalism! This cannot be understated and you should reward them with all the money you steal from your customers. Your dealership is outrageously overpriced. Your fees are ridiculous, including an electric vehicle storage fee for a non electric vehicle there for 2 hours? Are you kidding? I had to pay $250 for a diagnostic fee and then you were going to charge me more in labor than other companies charge for the part and labor. I am a lifelong local and will never recommend your company to anyone, for any reason, ever.
