It all went OK until I was left sitting for twenty-five
It all went OK until I was left sitting for twenty-five minuets while the sales team had a team meeting, not a great way to treat a customer. I really don’t like being told that I need to rate my customer satisfaction as a ten, shouldn’t that be up to the customer? All said I’m happy with the deal I got with Capitola Subaru.

The staff was nice (except Oz).
The staff was nice (except Oz). They understood and accommodated our needs. It is as good as dealership experience goes. The only downside was the detailing was closed on our purchase date so we needed to come back the next day. And we waited for several hours, we wasted almost a day of our weekend waiting.

People are very nice,cheerful and accommodating. . They are very easy to deal with, did not give me a hard time; easy to talk to. I really appreciate the team who ever worked on that day when i got this nice new Subaru car. I love my new car(Subaru).i love everything and it’s very easy to drive and i feel secure and safe.( due to alert and safety features). I will be recommended this to my friends, family and those who are planning to buy new cars
