Parts were not correctly ordered.
Parts were not correctly ordered. Or possibly the wrong mirrors were sent. Parts were not all installed. The work had to be completed at the showroom after the car was picked up. All employees I spoke to in service were cordial and helpful. I was grateful for the use of a loaner.

Normally a five star review - What I thought would be a 90 quick check up turned into a half-day service; my diagnostic on my right rear-view blind spot light turned into an unexpected $275 charge (not under warranty?); and my shuttle would have been so long (El Cerrito via Emeryville and Berkeley) that I had to take Uber. Not a perfect day by Albany Subaru's standards.
