What a scam
Last 3 times I went for service they never washed my car or vacuum Even the expensive 35,000 mile xxxxxxxx tune up they make you get to sell as a certified pre owned Subaru! Love, that’s what makes Subaru rich!!!!!

Could you please provide me your name so I can look further into your complaint, It is our policy to wash and vacuum your car when you bring it in as long as you do not have a bike rack on it BUT they still should have vacuumed it out. I would like to see who worked on your car so I can make sure this gets corrected! I will get your car washed and vacuumed anytime you have time to bring it out. Service on 2021 Subaru Forester
Minor warranty repair made on my 2021 Subaru Forester. Quickly made the repair at no cost and had me on my way. Have used Subaru of Little Rock for all service of the three Subarus' purchased.
