New scheduling system is a major problem for the
New scheduling system is a major problem for the customer. Even though we had an appointment our vehicle could not be serviced that day. Very inconvenient to have to re-schedule and come back. We live 1 hour away from dealership. If you have a wrap around insurance plan you will be told it will be an issue to reach the plan and get approval for the repair which could result in 1 -3 days for a repair. I contacted my wrap around insurance plan and in my situation that is not the case. I think making a blanket statement along with a deep sigh of disgust is not the best way to imply that it will be a lot of extra work for them to have to contact the insurance plan.
