Peoria Subaru

0 stars. Subarus are great, Peoria Subaru is horrible. In my experience at Peoria Subaru I dealt with Kyle and Luigi who have proven themselves to be extremely unethical and dishonest. When inquiring on a discount that Kyle had informed us about, Luigi referenced him as a "slimy salesman" and told us that the discount doesn't exist. Regardless, a deal was made on a vehicle with Luigi, credit was checked, prices were agreed upon and when we returned to drive the vehicle home it had been sold for a higher price to someone else. Breach of contract, bait and switch- extremely unethical. If you would like to be yelled at, disrespected, and taken advantage of- Peoria Subaru is for you!

Last week I went to Peoria Subaru to help my daughter buy a used car, her first. It was without question the best car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership was smaller than others I have been to, but very new looking and certainly big enough. Caitlin Humphrey was the person who assisted us. We found Caitlin to be very friendly and helpful without being the least bit artificial. Her title on her card is Product Specialist and she certainly knows Subarus. She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. Caitlin genuinely seemed to enjoy and reflect my daughter's enthusiasm in getting the first car of her own. I would not hesitate to visit Caitlin and Peoria Subaru for my next car purchase. We pulled up to the lot and Tristan Anaya took the time and helped us find the exact Crosstrek that we wanted at a very fair price. He was patient and not pushy. What I liked about Tristan is he owns a Subaru so he believes in what he sells. He was very knowledgable and honest and took the time to take us around the lot until we found the car we wanted then he showed us all of the car's features and demonstrated them to us on the test drive. Negotiating was fun and easy.
