2020 Hyundai Elantra Overview
The 2020 Hyundai Elantra is a compact sedan with a new, continuously variable transmission. At the time of this writing, the EPA has not released fuel economy ratings, but it is expected that the new transmission will improve efficiency over the previous model year.

Six trims are available: SE, SEL, Value Edition, ECO, Limited, and Sport.
Three engine options are available for the Elantra. It is powered by a standard 147-hp, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated to a new, continuously variable transmission. The ECO trim receives a 128-hp, turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder joined with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic. The Sport trim has a more powerful 201-hp, turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder that comes with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic.
