Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater head- and legroom, passengers in the extended cab will be able to stretch out a lot more in the RAM 1500 than in the Nissan Titan XD. The Nissan Titan XD offers just a little more head- and legroom than the RAM 1500, making it a little roomier and more comfortable.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Nissan Titan XD is somewhat more expensive than the RAM 1500.

Dimensions
The Nissan Titan XD is a little narrower than the RAM 1500, so you'll have an easier time getting in and out of the car in a tight parking spot. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Nissan Titan XD, which is slightly longer than the RAM 1500.

Handling
The Nissan Titan XD has a significantly larger turning radius than the RAM 1500, making it much more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When considering towing capacity, the Nissan Titan XD is clearly the choice over the RAM 1500 for pulling heavy loads. The Nissan Titan XD has a little more horsepower than the RAM 1500.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the Nissan Titan XD does a much better job of transmitting the horsepower of the engine to the wheels than the RAM 1500.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit the same number of people in the Nissan Titan XD as you will the RAM 1500.
