Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the BMW 430 than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the BMW 430 in the front seats.

Convenience
The BMW 430 requires fewer visits to the gas station than the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, making it more convenient to drive.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Mercedes-Benz E-Class will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the BMW 430, which has a much lower MSRP. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the BMW 430 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a little wider than the BMW 430, so getting in and out of the car in a crowded parking lot may be a little more of a squeeze. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, which is slightly longer than the BMW 430.

Drivetrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the BMW 430.

Handling
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class has about the same turning radius as the BMW 430, allowing equal maneuverability in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class has a much more powerful engine than the BMW 430. However, something you should consider is that higher horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the BMW 430. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class has less cargo capacity than the BMW 430, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
The Mercedes-Benz E-Class comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the BMW 430.
