Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the MINI Hardtop than the Lexus RC 300, due to its greater head- and legroom. The Lexus RC 300 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the MINI Hardtop.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Lexus RC 300 as you will with the MINI Hardtop, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Lexus RC 300 will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the MINI Hardtop, which has a much lower MSRP. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Destination Charge for the Lexus RC 300 is much higher than that for the MINI Hardtop.

Dimensions
Since the Lexus RC 300 is much wider than the MINI Hardtop, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. If you go with the Lexus RC 300, you may be circling the block looking for a space large enough to park more often than with the MINI Hardtop.

Handling
The Lexus RC 300 has a smaller turning radius than the MINI Hardtop, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Lexus RC 300 has a much more powerful engine than the MINI Hardtop. However, something you should consider is that higher horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Powertrain
With somewhat higher torque, the engine of the Lexus RC 300 transmits a bit more power to the wheels than the MINI Hardtop.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Lexus RC 300 and the MINI Hardtop.

Warranty
The Lexus RC 300 comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the MINI Hardtop.
