Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater head- and legroom, passengers in the extended cab will be able to stretch out a lot more in the RAM 2500 than in the Honda Ridgeline. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Honda Ridgeline and the RAM 2500.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Clearly, the Honda Ridgeline is a better financial choice over the RAM 2500, when considering MSRP. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Honda Ridgeline carries a much lower Destination Charge than the RAM 2500.

Dimensions
The Honda Ridgeline is a little narrower than the RAM 2500, so you'll have an easier time getting in and out of the car in a tight parking spot. If you go with the Honda Ridgeline, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the RAM 2500.

Drivetrain
The Honda Ridgeline offers much less torque than the RAM 2500, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Handling
The Honda Ridgeline has a significantly smaller turning radius than the RAM 2500, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of towing capacity, the RAM 2500 is clearly the choice over the Honda Ridgeline for pulling heavy loads. When it comes to horsepower, the Honda Ridgeline is clearly outclassed by the RAM 2500.

Utility
The Honda Ridgeline has less seating than the RAM 2500, making the RAM 2500 the better choice if you often have passengers. The RAM 2500 has a lot more cargo capacity for hauling lumber or gardening supplies than the Honda Ridgeline.

Warranty
The Honda Ridgeline comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the RAM 2500.
