Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Kia Telluride than in the GMC Acadia, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between front seat comfort in the GMC Acadia and the Kia Telluride.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the GMC Acadia as you will with the Kia Telluride, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The GMC Acadia is somewhat more expensive than the Kia Telluride. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. Both the GMC Acadia and the Kia Telluride have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the GMC Acadia is much slimmer than the Kia Telluride, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. When looking at overall length, the GMC Acadia takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Kia Telluride.

Drivetrain
With similar torque, the GMC Acadia and the Kia Telluride are about even in transmitting their respective horsepower to the wheels.

Handling
The GMC Acadia has the same turning radius as the Kia Telluride, so they both maneuver the same in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of towing capacity, the Kia Telluride is clearly the choice over the GMC Acadia for pulling heavy loads. The GMC Acadia has a little more horsepower than the Kia Telluride.

Utility
The GMC Acadia has less seating than the Kia Telluride, making the Kia Telluride the better choice, if you need to chauffeur many passengers. The GMC Acadia has less cargo space than the Kia Telluride, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
The basic warranty of the GMC Acadia is not as nearly as extensive as that of the Kia Telluride.
