Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Lincoln MKZ than the Genesis G70, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Genesis G70 and the Lincoln MKZ in the front seats.

Convenience
The Lincoln MKZ requires fewer visits to the gas station than the Genesis G70, making it more convenient to drive.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Whether you pick the Genesis G70 or the Lincoln MKZ, it's going to cost you about the same. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Genesis G70 and the Lincoln MKZ have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
The Genesis G70 is about the same width as the Lincoln MKZ. If you go with the Genesis G70, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Lincoln MKZ.

Drivetrain
With its lower torque, the Genesis G70 doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Lincoln MKZ.

Handling
The Genesis G70 has a smaller turning radius than the Lincoln MKZ, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Genesis G70 is somewhat more powerful than the Lincoln MKZ.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Genesis G70 and the Lincoln MKZ. The Genesis G70 has significantly less cargo room than the Lincoln MKZ, which may be a concern if you do a lot of warehouse shopping.

Warranty
You'll have greater peace of mind with the more generous basic warranty of the Genesis G70 than that of the Lincoln MKZ.
