Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mazda CX-30 than in the FIAT 500X, due to its greater head- and legroom. The FIAT 500X offers just a little more front head- and legroom than the Mazda CX-30, making it a little more comfortable for the driver and front passenger.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the FIAT 500X as you will with the Mazda CX-30, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the FIAT 500X will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Mazda CX-30. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Destination Charge for the FIAT 500X is much higher than that for the Mazda CX-30.

Dimensions
The FIAT 500X is about the same width as the Mazda CX-30. The FIAT 500X is slightly shorter than the Mazda CX-30, which may make it easier to park.

Handling
The FIAT 500X has a larger turning radius than the Mazda CX-30, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The FIAT 500X has a little less horsepower than the Mazda CX-30.

Powertrain
With somewhat higher torque, the FIAT 500X transmits power to its wheels a bit more effectively than the Mazda CX-30.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit about the same number of people in both the FIAT 500X and the Mazda CX-30. The FIAT 500X has less cargo space than the Mazda CX-30, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
You'll have greater peace of mind with the more generous basic warranty of the FIAT 500X than that of the Mazda CX-30.
