Comparison Review

Comfort
The Chevrolet Spark offers rear passengers about the same space to stretch out as the Toyota Prius Prime with comparable rear head- and legroom in both vehicles. The Toyota Prius Prime will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Chevrolet Spark.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Chevrolet Spark is clearly a better financial choice over the Toyota Prius Prime. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Chevrolet Spark and the Toyota Prius Prime have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Chevrolet Spark is much slimmer than the Toyota Prius Prime, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the Chevrolet Spark, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Toyota Prius Prime.

Handling
The Chevrolet Spark has about the same turning radius as the Toyota Prius Prime, allowing equal maneuverability in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Chevrolet Spark is somewhat more powerful than the Toyota Prius Prime.

Powertrain
With its lower torque, the Chevrolet Spark doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Toyota Prius Prime.

Utility
The Chevrolet Spark has less seating than the Toyota Prius Prime, making the Toyota Prius Prime the better choice if you need to chauffeur many passengers.

Warranty
The Chevrolet Spark comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Toyota Prius Prime.
