Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Chevrolet Spark than the MINI Hardtop. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Chevrolet Spark and the MINI Hardtop in the front seats.

Convenience
With the MINI Hardtop you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the Chevrolet Spark, due to its tank size and fuel economy.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Chevrolet Spark is clearly a better financial choice over the MINI Hardtop. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Destination Charge for the Chevrolet Spark is much higher than that for the MINI Hardtop.

Dimensions
Since the Chevrolet Spark is much slimmer than the MINI Hardtop, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the Chevrolet Spark, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the MINI Hardtop.

Handling
The Chevrolet Spark has a smaller turning radius than the MINI Hardtop, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Chevrolet Spark is significantly less powerful than the MINI Hardtop. The good news is that, reportedly, cars with lower horsepower engines often have lower insurance premiums.

Powertrain
The Chevrolet Spark has much less torque than the MINI Hardtop, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Chevrolet Spark and the MINI Hardtop.

Warranty
The basic warranty of the Chevrolet Spark is not as nearly as extensive as that of the MINI Hardtop.
