Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Cadillac XTS than the Genesis G80. The Genesis G80 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Cadillac XTS.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Cadillac XTS as you will with the Genesis G80, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Cadillac XTS is somewhat more expensive than the Genesis G80. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Cadillac XTS and the Genesis G80 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Cadillac XTS is much slimmer than the Genesis G80, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Cadillac XTS, which is slightly longer than the Genesis G80.

Drivetrain
The Cadillac XTS has much less torque than the Genesis G80, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Handling
The Cadillac XTS has a larger turning radius than the Genesis G80, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Cadillac XTS has less horsepower than the Genesis G80, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Cadillac XTS and the Genesis G80. The Cadillac XTS has a roomier cargo area for holding your bags or other items than the Genesis G80.

Warranty
The basic warranty of the Cadillac XTS is not as nearly as extensive as that of the Genesis G80.
