Comparison Review

Comfort
Rear passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Cadillac XT4 than in the Lexus NX 300. The Cadillac XT4 will be popular with taller drivers and passengers in the front seat, due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Lexus NX 300.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Cadillac XT4 as you will with the Lexus NX 300, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Cadillac XT4 will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Lexus NX 300. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. Both the Cadillac XT4 and the Lexus NX 300 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Cadillac XT4 is much wider than the Lexus NX 300, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. When looking at overall length, the Cadillac XT4 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Lexus NX 300.

Drivetrain
With similar torque, the Cadillac XT4 and the Lexus NX 300 are about even in transmitting their respective horsepower to the wheels.

Handling
The Cadillac XT4 has a smaller turning radius than the Lexus NX 300, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When considering towing capacity, the Cadillac XT4 is clearly the choice over the Lexus NX 300 for pulling heavy loads. In terms of horsepower, it's a virtual tie between the Cadillac XT4 and the Lexus NX 300.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit about the same number of people in both the Cadillac XT4 and the Lexus NX 300. The Cadillac XT4 has less cargo space than the Lexus NX 300, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
The Cadillac XT4 comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the Lexus NX 300.
