Comparison Review

Comfort
The Cadillac CTS offers rear passengers about the same space to stretch out as the Genesis G80 with comparable rear head- and legroom in both vehicles. Offering just a little more front head- and legroom than the Genesis G80, the Cadillac CTS may be a little roomier and more comfortable for the driver and front seat passengers.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Cadillac CTS as you will with the Genesis G80, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Whether you pick the Cadillac CTS or the Genesis G80, it's going to cost you about the same. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Cadillac CTS and the Genesis G80 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
Since the Cadillac CTS is much slimmer than the Genesis G80, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. When looking at overall length, the Cadillac CTS takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Genesis G80.

Drivetrain
The Cadillac CTS has much less torque than the Genesis G80, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Handling
The Cadillac CTS has a larger turning radius than the Genesis G80, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
The Cadillac CTS has less horsepower than the Genesis G80, so it will probably be somewhat slower.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Cadillac CTS and the Genesis G80. The Cadillac CTS has less cargo capacity than the Genesis G80, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
The basic warranty of the Cadillac CTS is not as nearly as extensive as that of the Genesis G80.
