Comparison Review

Comfort
Due to its greater rear head- and legroom, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the BMW 230 than the Ford Mustang. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the BMW 230 and the Ford Mustang in the front seats.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the BMW 230 as you will with the Ford Mustang, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The BMW 230 is somewhat more expensive than the Ford Mustang. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The BMW 230 carries a much lower Destination Charge than the Ford Mustang.

Dimensions
Since the BMW 230 is much slimmer than the Ford Mustang, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the BMW 230, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Ford Mustang.

Handling
The BMW 230 has a smaller turning radius than the Ford Mustang, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the BMW 230 is significantly less powerful than the Ford Mustang. The good news is that, reportedly, cars with lower horsepower engines often have lower insurance premiums.

Powertrain
The BMW 230 has much less torque than the Ford Mustang, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the BMW 230 and the Ford Mustang. You'll be able to fit about the same amount of groceries into the BMW 230 as you will in the Ford Mustang.

Warranty
You'll have greater peace of mind with the more generous basic warranty of the BMW 230 than that of the Ford Mustang.
