Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the BMW M2 than the Audi TT, due to its greater head- and legroom. The BMW M2 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Audi TT.

Convenience
With the Audi TT you will definitely be making fewer stops at the gas station than with the BMW M2, due to its larger tank size and better fuel economy.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Audi TT is clearly a better financial choice over the BMW M2. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Audi TT and the BMW M2 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
The Audi TT is a little narrower than the BMW M2, so you'll have an easier time getting in and out of the car in a tight parking spot. If you go with the Audi TT, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the BMW M2.

Drivetrain
The Audi TT has much less torque than the BMW M2, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Audi TT is significantly less powerful than the BMW M2. The good news is that, reportedly, cars with lower horsepower engines often have lower insurance premiums.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Audi TT and the BMW M2. The Audi TT has less cargo capacity than the BMW M2, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.

Warranty
The Audi TT comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the BMW M2.
