Comparison Review

Comfort
The BMW 440 will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Audi TT.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Audi TT as you will with the BMW 440, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Based on MSRP, the Audi TT is clearly a better financial choice over the BMW 440. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Audi TT and the BMW 440 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions
The Audi TT is about the same width as the BMW 440. If you go with the Audi TT, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the BMW 440.

Drivetrain
The Audi TT has much less torque than the BMW 440, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Handling
The Audi TT has a smaller turning radius than the BMW 440, allowing you to more easily maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Audi TT is significantly less powerful than the BMW 440. The good news is that, reportedly, cars with lower horsepower engines often have lower insurance premiums.

Utility
The Audi TT has less seating than the BMW 440, making the BMW 440 the better choice if you need to chauffeur many passengers. The Audi TT has significantly less cargo room than the BMW 440, which may be a concern if you do a lot of warehouse shopping.

Warranty
The Audi TT comes with essentially the same basic warranty as the BMW 440.
