Comparison Review

Comfort
The Acura MDX offers a bit more room for passengers in the back seat than the INFINITI QX55. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between front seat comfort in the Acura MDX and the INFINITI QX55.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Acura MDX as you will with the INFINITI QX55, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Acura MDX is somewhat more expensive than the INFINITI QX55. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. Both the Acura MDX and the INFINITI QX55 have similar Destination Charges.

Dimensions

Drivetrain
With its lower torque engine, the Acura MDX doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the INFINITI QX55.

Performance
The Acura MDX has a little more horsepower than the INFINITI QX55.

The Acura MDX offers greater seating capacity than the INFINITI QX55, making it a better choice for those who find themselves chauffeuring others around. With the Acura MDX, you'll be able to haul more equipment or luggage than the INFINITI QX55.

Warranty
The INFINITI QX55 offers a little more coverage in its basic warranty than the Acura MDX.
