I had a great experience here!! I had Mary Beth as my salesperson, and I could not have asked for a more friendly, easy-going, and knowledgeable representative. There were no pushy sales techniques, just great service from a friendly team, all willing to help out at every point. I knew I wasn't buying the most expensive or fanciest car on the lot, but Mary Beth and the rest of the team still made me feel important and valued. The whole process was just relaxed, efficient and quite enjoyable. We're actually heading back this weekend to potentially buy a new car for my hubby as well. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Horrible dealer. We spoke to Wade and made an agreement to purchase a truck on a Saturday. We asked if they needed a down payment to hold the vehicle until we could pick it up on Tuesday, and he assured us that would not be necessary. We obtained financing and had cashiers checks printed to the dealer name as specified by Wade. We were going to drive up earlier (Monday) but Wade wasn't in the office and wanted us to wait. He then texted Monday evening saying they had sold the truck and he was sorry, there is nothing they could do. Extremely unprofessional and unethical to sell the truck out from under us. They also charge ridiculous "doc" fees and a bogus "anti theft" fee to the tune of nearly $800.00. After speaking to a sales manager, they said they would call back to discuss this. We have not heard from anyone at the dealership, including Wade. Do your research and buy somewhere else.
