Recently bought a 2019 Dodge Durango.
Recently bought a 2019 Dodge Durango. Explained I was coming over a negative experience. Yet when I bought a vehicle from this place the finance part of the deal. Ended putting an extra $4300 dollars on my deal since it was financed. I tried calling them but they never returned the call and ended up hiding behind “it’s the end of the month. We’re busy” excuses. I thought and had high hopes but honestly they would do anything to pull extra dollars out of your pocket. What a shame from this dealership.

Shopped around over 20 local dealership. Lynch was easily the worst. Rude salesman. Rude sales manager. Condescending. Waste of time. Look elsewhere. Guarantee you'll get a better deal and better service.

Called ahead to verify car availability.
Called ahead to verify car availability. Driving 2+ hours. Discussed paying cash or down payment and was very serious that we had strong intentions to buy. Thought the salesperson fully understood. Less than 10 minutes out and they gave the keys to someone else. We arrive and 15 minutes later find out the other person was buying the car. Fully understand need to go for the sale, but we even said we would put a down payment down! Won’t ever consider dealer again.
