The service I received was very poor! After dealing with several people and with no answers, I was thoroughly disappointed. Will not deal with them again!!!

I enjoyed my experience with van Horn of Manitowoc. Jason Hager at the front desk helped us immediately. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. It was under 5 minutes and I was able to take the vehicle I wanted out for a test drive. Just me and the wife. No salesperson riding along. Robert Kakuk was our sales person and was incredibly helpful and vary personable. I can't say enough about my experience here. Kevin

I just wanted to say thanks to Chuck Spackman and Christina for the exceptional service from the service department. I brought in my daughter’s vehicle for replacing the ignition switch and a battery issue. They kept my informed every step of the way and fixed my problem. They were very friendly and courteous.
