Service department needs fixing.
Service department needs fixing. I have been in 3 times. The first was great. The 2nd time they said I need my breaks replaced I knew that along with my rotors I said and my rotors right? Replied oh um ya that too. They never did the full inspection...how do I know that because at that I had recently come back from a vehicle repair at another jeep and shown the inside of the cabin air filter and how it needed replacing. They didn't even bring it up here. Then I paid for a rotation and it was done but the tpms locations weren't fixed correctly so my one tire shows front left and it's actually now back right and so on. The third time I went for an oil change not one word was said on the recall or even the breaks this time which again I hadn't replaced yet. Air filter still I didnt replace and it wasn't brought up so again not doing full inspection as they they claim to be. After 3 tries I'd be dumb to come back so I'm going out of my way to Madison to have it done there.

The visits tend to be more uncomfortable each time I go there. They always seem to act like you’re at a Datona 500 pit stop, almost rushing though these oil services. My oil life on the dash was not reset until I checked and told them. On one of my oil services they did not tighten the filter enough and I lost well over a quart of oil. Also, I dis not like the outrageous estimate of the oil service when I was actually charged half of that but had to sign for the higher amount while being assure it would not cost that. Why do that to a customer? I asked on of the female service writer across from the oil service desk if there were any software updates seeing as it had been months since my last visit, she dismissed me and never did a Vinstat check to see. Every time you go in they are on their computers and make tou feel like you’re bothering them. If my truck wasn’t still under warranty, I would not bring it there. I don’t want any excuses that they did not service it if I have a mechanical issue. These survey seem like a waste of time, but at this point what have I got to loose other than a little time.
