Southern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Fiat Norfolk

I scheduled a service for a recall. Upon arrival, the person at the garage desk was focused on their phone. Once I had their attention, I was told to go into the services advisors area. He also said, ‘as usual, no one is there, but you can wait’. There was one service person there and she was on the phone for ten minutes while I waited. She confirmed my appointment and then told me that the part needed for the recall would need to be ordered. I asked her why the appointment was scheduled when the part wasn’t there. She had no response. She said someone will call once the part comes in. I don’t have confidence that we will receive a call. It seems that each time I schedule a service, there is an issue. Based upon the conversation I overheard while waiting, it seems that others are dissatisfied with the service they have received.

Very poor. Slow check in for appointment, slow turnaround, and didn't do what I requested at all.

Great service. Truck hadaleaking axle seal with only 200 miles left onthe warranty and took great care of me. Great work, truck all cleaned up and ready to go.
