Dropped off the truck for oil change and tire rotation in the morning; it was done by early afternoon.

The service department was in professional and non communicative when it came to my service and how long it would take! I tried to go up there on Saturday evening at 5:30 and they already went home as it clearly says they are open until 6!!!! I had to reach out to them only to find my truck was not going to be done until 3 days later! I asked about a rental and they said we’re out sorry, with no other help in finding one! I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from southern and here lately the quality of hospitality and professionalism has significantly decreased! My next vehicle purchase will be somewhere else for sure as Southern has gone down the drain!!!

I scheduled a service for a recall. Upon arrival, the person at the garage desk was focused on their phone. Once I had their attention, I was told to go into the services advisors area. He also said, ‘as usual, no one is there, but you can wait’. There was one service person there and she was on the phone for ten minutes while I waited. She confirmed my appointment and then told me that the part needed for the recall would need to be ordered. I asked her why the appointment was scheduled when the part wasn’t there. She had no response. She said someone will call once the part comes in. I don’t have confidence that we will receive a call. It seems that each time I schedule a service, there is an issue. Based upon the conversation I overheard while waiting, it seems that others are dissatisfied with the service they have received.
