Jermaine goes over and beyond his role as a service rep. He kept me informed and updated. Resolved my issue with my car and it was done in a timely manner. I tell anyone seating in the waiting room that he is the best person to deal with. Very knowledgeable about car repairs and makes you feel at ease.

I had a 1:00 appointment and didn't get out of there
I had a 1:00 appointment and didn't get out of there until 4:30. They were short handed and running severely behind. They did not fill my tires back up after the rotation so I had to go back and have that done. Then I noticed they didn't even put a new sticker in the window for my oil change. I was too exhausted to go back so I just called and asked the mileage and wrote in down myself
