The dealership didn't have my parts or the oil for my car. They wasn't prepared to service my vehicle with an appointment at 9:15. They had to get the oil parts from Virginia Beach which resulted in a late time that service was finished. my fiancé waited over 4 hours when if the dealership was better prepared.
