Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

On Sunday June 29, 2025, I had gone on Tomball Dodge's website and chatted with a call taker, I explained to the chat person, that I had an offer from Gillman Dodge and wanted to know if Tomball Dodge would beat their offer. I told the call taker to have someone from Tomball Dodge call me early, because I had an appointment with the other Dealer at 10:30am on Monday…. At 830am on the dot, Ismael called me. I told Ismael, was in the market of buying a New 2025 Dodge 1500 Ram, it had to be White with the Blacked-Out package... Ismael was all about what my needs were. He located the exacted Ram I was looking for. Never did he once ask or try to offer a different make, model or color. Now this was on a Monday June 30, last day of the month. Come in and see me, and I know I will beat the competitor offer. My wife and I arrived at Tomball Dodge and Ismael handed me the OUT THE DOOR offer, I sat back and grabbed a pen. I went through the offer, and I marked out what I didn't want to pay. Ismael, said, your tuff. Ismael went to the Manager. Two of the Manager s came out and met us. I spoke with both managers for a while, we reached the agreement. I completed the sale with Ismael, and I was a VERY HAPPY customer. I did not know that Tomball Dodge was so professional and looked out for me! The customer, I came in fighting for what I wanted, and I received the BEST price, which was approximately, $ 2000.00 less than the offer I was given, on a more expective model. I DO NOT think any other Dodge Dealership in TEXAS, could have come out with a DEAL like Tomball Dodge. Tomball Dodge gained all my respect, and I RECOMMEND, anyone to come to Tomball Dodge and let them show you what a real "HONEST DEALERSHIP " can do for you. Absolutely worst service I have ever received. I took my new Ram truck with 29k miles on it into be serviced because the transmission was slipping. I purchased the extended warranty as well so I knew I would be fine. I actually left my truck with them while I went on vacation. They were supposed to fix the transmission, do a tire rotation and change the oil. When I showed up 8 days later to pick up the truck, they had not even touched my truck. There was much back and forth conversations and they ended up giving me a loaner for nearly another week. I went back to the dealership to pick up the truck after being told all was fixed. When I drove off the lot, the transmission slammed gears as if nothing was done. The dealership told me I had to drive it another 2500+ miles before they could even look at it again. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. Paul in the service department is the worst liar I have run across. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. The entire service department is a JOKE. This dealership is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

I was in touch with the internet salesman David Monday morning to hold a truck for me and everything was good. So I drove 6 hours to the dealership and after the test drive they told me it was sold and tried to sell me a used truck for more than the new truck price. The used car manager gave me a look when I told him the price of the new truck vs the used truck but at least the other salesman said I was correct. I overlooked the previous bad reviews but I should have believed them because I drove 6 hours for nothing but bs. Horrible way to do business, don’t buy from this place because they don’t care about you at all.
