Not a happy camper, bought a truck for my son in November 2025 and I have yet to get the tags, or get the warranty information which I paid for. They were supposed to do somethings, such change the oil on the truck change a tire to a good tire that was NOT bald, and have the truck detailed, all agreed with Rudy Vento...Did not happen. I have reached out to Rudy Vento and Roger Rivera, and have left 2 messages for gm Brent and there has not been any answer. I feel dismissed gender abused as I am an elderly senior citizen and do not live in the area, but my son does, but it is not a problem for me to hop on a plane and handle my business and perhaps educate these alleged gentlemen in few lessons of customer service and being a stand up person of their word!
