Here is a story for you. I contacted them on a car I desired. They ended up seeking the one. So they offered to find me another. It made sense because they have 22 stores or so. They found the car at a sister store. I sent the deposit the following day. They were to arrange shipping aka transport. I even called the other store to make sure they knew the car was sold. I followed up with the sales man letting him know the car still showed for sale online. I came in and signed all paperwork and gave them more money. I explained that I wanted to finalize the deal since I was leaving the country. We arranged plans for the delivery. I followed up daily just to find out four or five days later they sold my car. Hence I did deposit, followed up daily, signed for the final paperwork, paid them money. Five days later from Learning this. No refund. No car. No replacement, and no one responds. I have left messages and texts for everyone. Still have my money and someone else has my car. Ha.

I’ve pictured the response from this dealer simply asking for an “out the door” on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Once again another dealer being dishonest about their online pricing or trying to add “Dealer installed packages” then refusing to remove the packages. What’s funny about this is I have a pre-approval, I don’t need their financing it’s a done deal, I just asked for a price. When I said I wasn’t interested in the extras, they told me “Have a good day.” Unreal Stellantis is doing horrible right now, and the dealers are still playing games. Don’t waste your time.
